Founded in 1964 by Chairman and CEO, Fred Ruiz, and his father, Louis Ruiz, Chairman Emeritus, Ruiz Foods is a privately owned corporation with corporate offices and the first manufacturing facility and distribution warehouse in Dinuba, CA. A second manufacturing facility is located in Tulare, CA and a third manufacturing facility and distribution warehouse in located in Denison, TX.

Third generation Kim Ruiz Beck, the elder daughter of Fred Ruiz, is Vice Chairman. Bryce Ruiz, the elder son, is President and Chief Operating Officer. Siblings Kelly Ruiz Hanchett serves on the Board of Directors and Matt Ruiz is a college sophomore.
